Back in the day, the thinking was that children wouldn’t be able to help out on the family farm, if agriculture was covered. That was when 95% of farms in the US were family farms. Today, 95% of farms are gigantic mega-concerns owned and operated by corporations, who benefit mightily from the labor of underpaid migrant farmworkers. Time for a re-do?
